List of documents for issuing permission of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan for permanent residency abroad:
1. A letter of request (3 copies).
2. Photocopies of all pages of the passport, including blank pages (3 copies).
4. A copy of the permission (3 copies).
5. Notarized written consent of parents, spouse(husband), if they are citizens of Uzbekistan and are constantly registered on the territory of Uzbekistan. The consent of the parents and the spouse is required, even if they do not currently reside with the applicant. If these relatives are in Turkey and can personally come to the Embassy, their consent can be certified by the Consular Section.
6. Copy of the birth certificate (3 copies).
7. Notarized or apostilled copy of the birth certificates of children (3 copies).
8. Letter of verification from the District Department for Defense Affairs from the last place of residence in Uzbekistan - for persons aged 17 to 27 years.
9. 6 photos (3.5 x 4.5 mm).
10. Notarized copies of the Certificate of Marriage (3 copies).
11. The consular fee is paid only in the form of Money Order made out to "Embassy of Uzbekistan".
12. Children from 14 to 18 years must submit their written consent for permanent residence abroad together with the parents.
13. Photocopy of the spouse's/husbands passport
14. Photocopy of the Employment Record Book (3 copy), if available.
15. Original passport.
Note
Documents are accepted only if there is a non-biometric passport or a valid biometric passport of a citizen of Uzbekistan.
All the above documents must be submitted in 3 copies, filed in separate folders.
All foreign documents must be submitted with a notarized translation and in apostilled form.
Copies of documents issued in Uzbekistan can be certified by the Consular Section. In this case, the applicant must submit the original and copies of the documents.
The competent authorities of Uzbekistan may request additional documents not listed in this list.
Applications for permanent residence abroad can be considered by the competent authorities of Uzbekistan from 3 to 6 months.
In case of refusal of issuance of permanent residence abroad, consular fees are not returned to the applicant; comments on the reasons for the refusal are not provided.
To apply for the renouncing citizenship, the applicant apply personally to the Consular Section. In cases when it is impossible to apply personally (being in a third country, due to health reasons and other circumstances beyond the control of the applicant), the Consular Section allows the receipt of documents by post only after identifying of applicant using information and communication technologies.
