The order of registration of documents for the issue of exit from citizenship of the Republic of Uzbekistan
In accordance with the provisions of the "Law on Citizenship of the Republic of Uzbekistan," the withdrawal from citizenship of the Republic of Uzbekistan is executed at the written request of a citizen.
The application and other documents are accepted upon personal appeal of the applicant to the consular offices of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and if there are good reasons (remoteness from Ankara, illness, etc.) through proxies (by notarized power of attorney, also the signatures on the documents must be notarized) by the consular institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the territoriality of consular districts which can be found on the website of the Embassy.

A citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan who has been discharged from the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan, who is permanently registered at the Embassy, submits the following documents to the consular institution of the Republic of Uzbekistan at the above addresses to register for citizenship of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and a citizen permanently registered in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan for registration of citizenship of the Republic of Uzbekistan, must apply to the territorial bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Republic of Uzbekistan .

An application for renunciation of citizenship of the Republic of Uzbekistan of a person under the age of 18 is submitted by his parents or their legal representatives along with 2 copies of the birth certificate and a copy of the pages of the child’s biometric passport. Minors between the ages of 14 and 18 must submit to the application of their parents or other legal representatives a notarized written declaration of will.
If both parents are citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan or one of the parents is a citizen of a foreign state and one of them leaves the citizenship, while applying for the minority child to leave the citizenship of the Republic of Uzbekistan, then it is necessary to submit a notarized statement of the other parent, in which his attitude must be expressed to the exit of the child from the citizenship of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
