«Green» economy has become a central theme in Uzbekistan’s national agenda. President Shavkat Mirziyoyev has issued a number of decrees and initiatives that provide a clear «roadmap» for the transition to a green economy.

In a telephone conversation on December 5, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov discussed in detail the pressing issues of further strengthening Uzbek-Turkmen relations of strategic partnership and expanding multifaceted cooperation.
