As part of the summit programme of the Economic Cooperation Organization, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev held talks with a delegation from the Islamic Republic of Pakistan led by Prime Minister Anwar ul-Haq Kakar.

On November 8, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev received the Secretary General of the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO) Khusrav Noziri.

On November 7, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev received the former Prime Minister of Qatar Hamad bin Jassim Al Thani, who is the founder of several major investment and industrial holdings in Qatar.
