The elections provide an opportunity for all our compatriots living abroad to vote. Uzbek citizens temporarily or permanently residing abroad can apply at polling stations abroad or register on the official website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and vote.

In accordance with article 10 of the Electoral Code, the Central Election Commission decides to establish polling stations in diplomatic and other missions of the Republic of Uzbekistan abroad. Polling stations at diplomatic and other representations of the Republic of Uzbekistan abroad are formed by the Central Election Commission at the proposal of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan. These polling stations must be formed no later than 60 days before the election, when the number of voters is at least twenty and not more than three thousand people.
Currently, 53 polling stations have been identified, created in the diplomatic missions and consular offices of the Republic of Uzbekistan in foreign countries, and are attached to the respective constituencies. In particular, Site No. 3 was created at the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Ankara, and Site No. 23 was created at the Consulate General of Uzbekistan in Istanbul. Both polling stations are attached to Kukcha constituency No. 148 in Tashkent.
