Where will the citizens of Uzbekistan in Turkey be able to vote in parliamentary elections?

In connection with the December 22, 2019 elections to the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Ankara reports the following.

According to the decision of the CEC of Uzbekistan in Turkey, two polling stations No. 3 were formed in the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Ankara and No. 23 in the Consulate General of Uzbekistan in Istanbul, attached to the Shaykhantakhur constituency No. 148 of Tashkent for elections to the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis.

Polling station No. 3 in Ankara is located at: Cankaya-Yildiz district, Sanjak mahalla, ul. No. 549, house No. 3. Tel .: +90 312-441-38-71, +90 312-441-17-46.

Polling station number 23 in Istanbul is located at: Beshiktash district, Lale Levent St., house number 8. Tel .: + 90-212 229-00-75, + 90-212 323-20-37, + 90-552 450-91-02.

At these polling stations, citizens of Uzbekistan located in Turkey will be able to vote.

Citizens can apply directly to the precinct election commissions in Ankara or Istanbul in writing for inclusion in the voters list. In addition, they can submit an appeal through the website http://saylov.mfa.uz/ at least fifteen days before the election (until December 7, 2019).

In order to ensure the voting rights of citizens of Uzbekistan, the election commission of polling station No. 3 plans to hold early voting at the following addresses:

- from December 12 to December 18 from 8.00 a.m. until 8 p.m. at the Consular Section of the Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Ankara,

- December 14 from 8.00 a.m. until 8 p.m. at the University of Karabyuk: Karabyuk, mahalla Kilavuzlar Kuyu, Ute Karshi University, - the hall of official events;

- December 15 from 8.00 a.m. until 8 p.m. at Kastamonu University: Kastamonu city, Center, General Atilla Atesh Pasha St. - official events hall;

- December 16 from 8.00 a.m. until 8 p.m. at the University of Seljuk: Konya, Seljuklu, Ismetpashi St. - the hall of official events;

- December 17 from 8.00 a.m. until 8 p.m. at Karamanugli University Mehmetbey: Karaman, Merkez, Ibrahim Uktam St. - the hall of official events.
